BB is a good talent and I like his game when healthy. I hope his injury history is past him. I think the good thing with his injuries is that they were broken bones, and odd things. The ever lingering groin and back injuries are what scare me. He doesn't seem to have anything like that.

I think his have been really bad luck.

His success really balances out our lineup. If he can stay healthy I think you can not only run out four strong lines when everone is healthy, but he gives you so many additional options with things like the Power Play and 5-on-5. It is crazy to think about this lineup if everyone is actually healthy. Plus if he does play with Sutter, and most of the team comes back, you could be talking one of the better third lines in hockey:

Kunitz-Crosby-Hornqvist
Comeau-Malkin-Spalling
Bennett-Sutter-Downie
Adams-Goc-Rust

If only that lineup stayed healthy...

I am not getting my hopes up. Bennett will find a way to get hurt. Maybe they can get 3-4 games out of him, then he will be sidelined again.

Something off topic. Am "Trying" to watch the Winter Classic but someone needs to tell the NHL and NBC the camera that keeps moving is going to make me turn it off. This reminds me of the camera angle behind the net that follows the puck

Your lines are funny... especially having wingers on the wrong sides. Please don't do line combinations again.

Lol. Trade engine isn't the best. I always seem able to move Scuderi for a young stud W. Cause that's totally gonna happen.

I for one am hoping Beau has a healthy rest of season. I think he is extremely talented, his vision and passing I believe is at Malkin's level without the gaffes. He just needs a long stretch and lots will take notice.

Haha nice. I traded Kunitz, dupuis and Martin for Tatar and nyquist. Then I traded 3 1st round picks for mcdavid.

Nyquist-sid-mcdavid
Bennett-malkin-Hornqvist
Sutter-monahan-Tatar
Tlusty-girgensons-belesky

JR needs to get this roster for next year

I'm not sure how many poeple debated BB's talent.. just his durability and ability to stay healthy for long enough stretches to parley his talent into an NHL career.

I would like the penguins to sign eric fehr to a 3 year deal this summer to bolster the bottom 6. I've always wanted him on our bottom lines for the past few years. We can get rid of Adam and replace with Eric. I know its a few months into the future, but I think that would really make the pens better.

I refuse to acknowledge BB's roster existence until he can play 20 games in a row without breaking something.

Btw...I watched about 15 mins of the winter classic game. Novelty has worn out for me. Especially with College FB now dominating NY Eve and Day. Will be interesting to see the ratings for that game.
